CHH CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM PTE LTD was founded in 1991 by managing director Nelson Tee. The company initially started out as a small renovation firm in the 1990s before slowly expanding operations into A&A jobs on conservation shophouses and terrace houses.
By the 2000s, CHH Construction System Pte Ltd had ventured into undertaking larger projects including the erection of semi-detached housing, bungalows, and good-class bungalows.
Today, CHH Construction System is involved in all types of construction from conservation shophouses to low-rise commercial buildings.

In 1997, managing director Nelson Tee identified security and electronic systems as a way to bring more value to CHH Construction System’s clients and decided to start an internal security systems division.
The Security Division in CHH Construction System initially only worked on CHH’s construction projects but have grown significantly over the years to include other services and serve clients who do not require construction services.
