Prior to the company name change in 2005 in order to embrace to changing times, It was formerly known as TEO HEE LAI Building Construction Pte Ltd. A household name among all the reputable Architects and Consultants in Singapore. Our company engages mostly in landed property projects, like bungalows, Semi-Detach, Addition & Alterations, Reconstruction projects, and Conservation projects.

Notably winning the URA award for Conservation Category in the year 2011. This is a testament to the company’s dedication to quality workmanship and her hands-on approach throughout the years.
