U.Sage Contracts Pte Ltd , a BCA registered builder was incorporated in February 1996, with General Builder Class 1 licence.

Under the leadership of our Managing Director, Mr Liow Ching Weng, a built environment trained veteran with almost 40 years of experience in the building construction industry. Our company engages in mostly landed property projects, like bungalows, semi-Detach, Addition & Alterations, Reconstruction projects, Conservation projects, as well as Interior Fitting-out jobs.

The strength and core of the company is our human resource and dedicative team members with competent qualifications, loyalty and initiative, and with the implementation of ISO Quality Management & Environmental Management system, and WSH Bizsafe Star, we remained confident and committed in providing our clients with good quality services, safe working environment, and timely completion for all projects undertaken by us.
