Unicon Group Pte Ltd began its history in 1996 as Yee Chuan Construction Pte Ltd, a private limited company in Singapore run by Mr Ang Geok Chuan. Even before his stewardship, the company’s employees had collectively over 40 years of experience in both residential and commercial buildings.
In 2017, Winston Ang A.IES took over the directorship and heeded the government’s call to embrace new technology to increase efficiency, productivity, and safety in all projects. A new name for the firm was proposed, hence Unicon Group.
Today, Unicon Group Pte Ltd has become one of Singapore Leading Property Builders. It has also been an active member of the Micro Builders Association Singapore, a recognized association by the Building Authority of Singapore and the Ministry Of Manpower.
Over the years, Unicon Group Pte Ltd has expanded and become well established within the construction industry, overcoming many notable difficulties in the local construction economy.
